Dawn Leitner

Dawn Leitner is founder and president of Coach U2 Lead, a company she formed to help professionals embrace their own charisma to achieve their vision. Clients turn to Dawn to find focus, define priorities, and organize their thoughts into easy actionable steps on topics of career transition, goal setting, improving relationships and learning how to manage life’s chaos in a personalized and consistent way.

Dawn has over 25 years of leadership and management experience under her belt. She spent nearly two decades growing a successful career at Computer Sciences Corporation both in NY and NC. Known as a “problem solver” and “get things done” leader, Dawn was invited to work in Malaysia in 2004 for several months to provide leadership and process management improvement on a major outsourcing project for the largest bank in the capital, Kuala Lumpur. In 2007, at the height of her corporate career, Dawn decided to follow her passion of helping others take control of their lives and became a certified coach and leadership trainer. Dawn works with companies to help create employee hiring and retention programs, team building initiatives, effective communication and conflict management solutions. She is best known to help companies customize programs that suit their unique challenges to gain bottom line results.

Dawn was named Mecklenburg Times Power Player in 2009, and is a featured author in the monthly e-magazine, “Women with Know How”. She is also the creator of the intensive and transformative leadership empowerment program for women called “Leading with Charisma”. Dawn is a frequent speaker about topics related to personal strengths, attaining goals, building relationships and managing chaos. She has spoken to a variety of audiences including Bank of America, ProNet, Charlotte Entrepreneur’s Organization, eWomenNetwork, and several professional, churches, and networking groups. She was also featured on Fox News Rising.

Tara Raj is the owner of Live Authentically, a life and career coaching company that helps people break their cycles by going vertical with their dreams. Tara helps people live the extraordinary lives they desire by providing life tools, encouraging and supporting client to see their true potential and live from the inside out.

With ten years experience in the insurance industry Tara has the ability to leverage complex challenges and create strong and trusting relationships that establish effective communication. Through her experience in creating company policies and procedures, training employees, and mentoring co-workers as well as clients, she is able to understand what motivates individuals and how to help them effectively use their strengths. These tie into her passion to infuse positive action, personal growth and collaborative team environments. As a coach, Tara joins forces with individuals to co-actively make desired steps in their personal or professional goals. Tara is a running mate with her clients in their process of accelerating change and reaching their top potential.
